Red Mesa put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season on Friday. They steamrollered Rock Point 58-0. That result was just more of the same for Red Mesa, who also won the last time these teams played.
The victory bumped Red Mesa's record up to 5-0. Rock Point are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.
Red Mesa will look to defend their home turf next week against Hopi at 7:00 PM. The teams have set a high bar for this contest after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests. As for Rock Point, they will face off against Greyhills Academy. Both teams have had a rocky road up to this point with five consecutive losses for Rock Point and four for Greyhills Academy.
