On Friday Great Plains Lutheran take on Clark/Willow Lake at 7:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes : the MaxPreps national rankings predict a close match.
Great Plains Lutheran took a serious blow against Deuel last week, falling 20-60. Great Plains Lutheran's loss came about despite a quality game from sophomore Nathan Bean, who rushed for 95 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Clark/Willow Lake made easy work of Waverly/South Shore and carried off a 41-7 victory.
Clark/Willow Lake's win lifted them to 3-0 while Great Plains Lutheran's defeat dropped them down to 0-2. We'll see if Clark/Willow Lake's success rolls on or if Great Plains Lutheran are able to steal their positive momentum.
