Pikeville had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against the Floyd Central Jaguars on Monday as they made off with a 12-3 win. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Jaguars back in March, they had to take a 14-3 loss.

Pikeville's victory bumped their record up to 12-20. As for Floyd Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-10.

Pikeville didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 18-13 win against Knott County Central on the 13th. Floyd Central has also already played their next contest (against East Ridge), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
