Despite the loss, Taylor County still got an impressive performance from Dj Mccoy, who rushed for 154 yards on only ten carries. Mccoy really tore up the turf during one magnificent 90-yard run.
Even if they lost, Taylor County's defense sure didn't make it easy: Chipley's QB was sacked six times before it was all said and done. Chipley's QB won't forget Madden Metcalf anytime soon given Metcalf sacked him six times.

Taylor County's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Chipley, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.
Taylor County will head out on the road to face off against Maclay at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Chipley, they will be playing at home against Blountstown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Florida (Blountstown is ranked 268th, while Chipley is ranked 277th).
