North Eugene came out on top against Eagle Point on Tuesday thanks in part to Michael Buschelman's efforts. The Eagles had no answer to Buschelman as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Buschelman is becoming a predictor of North Eugene's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is undefeated (and 9-11 when he doesn't).

Buschelman's effort led North Eugene over Eagle Point and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
