The Stadium Tigers will take on the Federal Way Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Stadium's favor as the team sits on six straight wins at home while Federal Way has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.
Stadium is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Auburn a 19-0 shutout on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won eight contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Ella Enciso made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with four runs, two doubles, and two RBI.
In other batting news, London Kim and Sarah Yi did most of the damage at the plate: Kim got on base in all three of her plate appearances with one home run, three RBI, and two runs, while Yi went a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs, one double, and one RBI. That's the most runs Yi has posted since back in March of 2024. Lily Hart was another key player, going 2-for-5 with three RBI and one run.
Meanwhile, Federal Way made easy work of Kent-Meridian on Friday and carried off a 12-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Royals: they've now won seven in a row.
Like Stadium, Federal Way also got a great game from a two-way player: Eva Adriano. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. Adriano was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
In other batting news, Federal Way let Meeghan Meagher and Caylyn Baxter run wild. Meagher went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs, while Baxter went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Sosephina Sailiai, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Federal Way always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .607. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Stadium is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season. As for Federal Way, their win bumped their record up to 6-12.
Stadium took their victory against Federal Way in their previous matchup back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 22-4 score. Do the Tigers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
