There's no place like home for Gilbert, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 69-12 victory over the Williams Field Black Hawks. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.

Gilbert got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Tylaiah Wily out in front who shot 67% from the field en route to 15 points and five boards. Wily is on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as she's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Ava Thompson, who posted 11 points along with five rebounds and five steals.

Gilbert was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. They are 9-1 when they've passed the ball that well.

Gilbert has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points over those games. As for Williams Field, they dropped their record down to 9-9 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Gilbert will venture away from home to face off against Higley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Williams Field, they will head out to challenge Queen Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Black Hawks will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 52.53 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
