It was a good run, but Central unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (1-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. The result was an unpleasant reminder to them of the 4-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Central's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 12-10. As for Brookwood, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 9-17.

While Central had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
