The Watsonville Wildcatz lost against the Salinas Cowboys back in December of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Watsonville was the victim of a rough 54-29 defeat at the hands of Salinas.
Despite the loss, Watsonville had strong showings from Brody Legions, who scored 4 points, and Nate Aguilar, who scored 6 points along with 7 rebounds.
Watsonville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Salinas, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Watsonville will square off against Monte Vista Christian at 8:00 p.m. on December 6th. As for Salinas, they will head out on the road to face off against Aptos at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
