With a playoff win on the line, Keller Central rose to the challenge on Friday. They never let the Weatherford Kangaroos get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. That's more bragging rights for Keller Central, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Kinsey Geasland and Hayden Davis scored both of Keller Central's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 24 goals.

Keller Central's victory bumped their record up to 15-6-1. As for Weatherford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-2-2.

Looking ahead, Keller Central will take on San Angelo Central on Monday. Weatherford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
