Albany Academy for Boys extended their losing streak to three on Monday, dropping their season record down to 1-3 in the process. They came up short against the Mohonasen Warriors, falling 12-2. On Mohonasen's side, Nic Quinlivan made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out six batters over 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Quinlivan was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 1-for-1 with three RBI.
In other batting news, AJ Crux was incredible, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with four stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those stolen bases were his first of the season. Daniel Corsoro was another key player, getting on base in two of his five plate appearances with three stolen bases and two runs.
