Meanwhile, Anna's three-game losing streak came to an end on Saturday. They came out on top against Jackson Center by a score of 34-24. The victory was just what Anna needed coming off of a 41-19 defeat in their prior match.
Covington's defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-3. As for Anna, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-6.
