It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Tampa Bay Tech Titans can now relate to. They took a 38-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hurricanes on Monday. Tampa Bay Tech was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Manatee apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.
Despite the loss, Tampa Bay Tech still got an impressive performance from Kalese Salter, who scored 19 points along with three steals.
Tampa Bay Tech's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Manatee, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-7.
Tampa Bay Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Manatee, they will square off against Bloomingdale at TBD on Wednesday. Bloomingdale will roll in looking for their 25th straight victory, something Manatee surely won't give up without a fight.
