Rickards hasn't had much luck against Leon recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Raiders will challenge the Lions at 6:00 p.m. Rickards has given up an average of 9.2 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Arriana Wilson was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Alivia Scott, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances.
Meanwhile, Leon waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Baby Rattlers 27-2. Considering the Lions have won six games by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Taylor Winfield was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run but no hits (and not a single walk). Winfield was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
In other batting news, Lamonika Sims was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing six bases while going 3-for-4. Those six stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Kierstyn Fuller was another key player, scoring four runs and stealing three bases while going 3-for-4.
Leon was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .571. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Rickards now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Leon, their victory bumped their record up to 10-4.
Wednesday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Rickards has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .501. However, it's not like Leon struggles in that department as they've averaged .527. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
