Anderson has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Asha Daniels, who scored six points along with five rebounds.
Denver South's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Denver East, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-8 record this season.
Denver South will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against George Washington at 7:30 p.m. Denver East on the road again on Tuesday and play against Westminster at 7:30 p.m. on January 23rd. Westminster is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
