Fowler extended the longest winning streak in Central Michigan this week by beating Potterville, 35-0. The win marks seventh in a row for the the Eagles.
Dansville and Fulton played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Dansville eventually emerging with a 30-28 victory.
Laingsburg's Jake Zielinski and Shaun McKinney have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Zielinski has thrown for 633 yards this season, while McKinney, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 18 catches for 491 yards. Fowler's Tyler Koenigsknecht leads the league in rushing yards with 915.
Craig Koenigsknecht's team's Koenigsknecht needs only 85 yards against Manchester next week to surpass 1,000 rushing yards for the season.
