Ryder Scheibe Delivers Best Performance of Season
Emmett was led to victory by Ryder Scheibe, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Scheibe rushed for 251 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 14.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 101 yards , good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 68 yards.
On the season, Scheibe has thrown 12 touchdowns while averaging 121.9 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 45.38 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 85.63 rushing yards.

Ryker Good Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
Sadly, Ryker Good posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Nampa over Emmett on Friday. Good rushed for 255 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 13.4 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now rushed for 132 or more in the last three games he's played.
On the year, Good has run in 6 touchdowns while averaging 98.2 rushing yards per game.

Big Game from Carson As Vallivue Won 42-0
Onix Carson was a major factor in Vallivue's win over Columbia on Friday. Columbia had no answer to Carson as he rushed for 162 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.0 yards per carry.
Carson must have Columbia's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Carson rushed for 218 yards on only 12 carries, and also caught a touchdown the last time he and the Wildcats duked it out back in September of 2023.

Isaac Moore Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Vallivue got the W thanks in part to Isaac Moore playing the best football he has all season. Moore threw for 141 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also rushed for 35 yards.
On the season, Moore has thrown 12 touchdowns while averaging 115.4 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he had four passing touchdowns.
