Flowers has gone a perfect 9-0 against Parkdale recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Jaguars will take on the Panthers. Flowers is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11.8 runs per game this season.

Flowers saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aaron Moss, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Moss has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Parkdale and Suitland had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Panthers put the hurt on the Rams with a sharp 17-1 victory on Wednesday. That looming 17-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Panthers yet this season.

Parkdale let Jose Cruz and Chris Saavedra run wild. Cruz scored three runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-3, while Saavedra scored three runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-3. Those three runs gave Saavedra a new career-high. Gio Velasquez was another key player, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3.

Parkdale's win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-2. As for Flowers, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.

Friday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Flowers has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .499. However, it's not like Parkdale struggles in that department as they've averaged .508. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
