The Covenant Classical Cavaliers posted their biggest win yet this season on Friday. They breezed by Fellowship Academy at home to the tune of 70-39. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Covenant Classical had established a 28 point advantage.
Despite the loss, Fellowship Academy saw an underclassman step up: Harper Clark scored eight points along with three steals.
Covenant Classical now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Fellowship Academy, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost 12 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-19 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Covenant Classical's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Trinity at 7:30 p.m. on January 26th. Fellowship Academy will take on Calvary Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Calvary Academy is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
