The Leonia Lions are staying on the road on Thursday to face off against the Ridgefield Memorial Royals. Leonia is limping into the game on a five-game losing streak.
The Lions suffered a grim 52-24 defeat to Cliffside Park on Monday.
Meanwhile, Ridgefield made easy work of Bergen Charter on Tuesday and carried off a 51-22 victory.
Ridgefield Memorial's win lifted them to 5-12 while Leonia's loss dropped them down to 5-15. We'll see if the Royals can repeat their recent success or if Leonia bounces back and reverse their fortune.
