A Season-Best Effort from Kalobe Rond Leads Churchill over SA Roosevelt
On Friday, Churchill got the W thanks in part to Kalobe Rond playing the best football he has all season. Rond rushed for 180 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries.
Churchill's victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-2. Rond and Churchill will head out to take on Reagan at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

While Brandeis might've come up empty on Friday, Wynter Smith wasn't going down without a fight. Smith was unstoppable, rushing for 195 yards while picking up 9.8 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 51 yards.
Brandeis' defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-3. Smith and Brandeis will challenge Madison at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Caleb Cappuccio's Big Game Leads Reagan over LEE
Caleb Cappuccio posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He threw for 140 yards and three touchdowns while completing 88.9% of his passes, and also rushed for 51 yards on only five carries.
Reagan pushed their record up to 4-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. Cappuccio and Reagan will be playing at home against Churchill at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Elvis Estrada Turns in Season-Best Performance
Elvis Estrada produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Johnson to the win on Saturday. Estrada threw for 184 yards and three touchdowns while completing 82.4% of his passes.
The win (which was Johnson's fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Estrada and Johnson will face off against LEE at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Xavier Canavis Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Rounding off our Top Five is Xavier Canavis of Clark. Canavis rushed for 190 yards. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (109.8) per game. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 107 rushing yards.
Clark's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-3. Canavis and Clark are taking a road trip to challenge SA Roosevelt at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
