Matanzas' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Rya'sir Jefferson , who scored 15 points along with seven assists and five steals. The match was Jefferson 's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tariq Shakir, who scored 16 points along with five assists and three steals.
Parker has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season. As for Matanzas, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9.
