There's no place like home for Saranac, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Monday. They blew past the Chazy Eagles 12-2 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won seven contests by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 Brady Blair made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. That's the most  strikeouts  he has posted since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Seth Petrashune was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with one  triple, two  RBI,  and one  run.  Zack Lucia was another key player,  getting on base  in two of his five plate appearances with one  stolen base, two  RBI,  and one  run.
 Saranac  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .526. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Chazy only posted  an  OBP of  .250.
Saranac pushed their record up to 10-2 with the  win, which was their eighth straight  at home dating back to last season. Those  home  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Chazy,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 5-3.
 Looking ahead, Saranac will be playing at home against Beekmantown  at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
