The Dayton Bulldogs had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They enjoyed a cozy 56-39 victory over Koinonia Academy on Thursday. The win was just what Dayton needed coming off of a 59-39 loss in their prior match.
Kyle Rosenstock had an outrageously good game as he dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. It was the first time this season that he scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Malcolm Jackson, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds and six assists.
Dayton's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-15. As for Koinonia Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-18.
Dayton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-48 win vs. South Hunterdon on the 10th. Koinonia Academy has also already played their next match, a 60-44 defeat against Morris County Tech on the 9th.
