Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rangely). They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Soroco Rams 67-34. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Panthers just coasted through the last quarter.
Leading Rangely to victory were Chance Allred and Landon Bollinger. Allred shot 60% from the field to rack up 14 points along with eight assists and eight rebounds, while Bollinger went 7-for-9 en route to 15 points in addition to five boards and three blocks. Those eight assists gave Allred a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Kacey Allred, who posted 14 points.
Rangely smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 15 offensive boards in three consecutive contests.
