Cheatham County Central's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being John Bumpus, who scored 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Lee, who scored 11 points along with 7 rebounds.
White House-Heritage's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Pryce Payne led the charge by scoring 9 points along with 3 steals. Another player making a difference was Noah Green, who scored 12 points along with 6 rebounds.
Cheatham County Central bumped their record down to 2-6 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for White House-Heritage, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.
