Auburn Riverside never let their opponents score on Monday. They put the hurt on the Auburn Trojans with a sharp 14-0 victory. The Ravens might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

Makenna Vircks looked comfortable as she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Auburn Riverside got a massive performance out of Sloan Cross, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most RBI Cross has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Mayah Cabatan-Flowers, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

Auburn Riverside always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .688. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Auburn Riverside pushed their record up to 9-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.3 runs over those games.
