Bowie's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-3. As for Lamar, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-5.
Friday's matchup might be decided in the on the ground. Bowie has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 238.6 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Lamar struggles in that department as they've been averaging 257.6. It's looking like Friday's game might have some serious battles in the trenches.
