Jack Vig continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 23 points along with six rebounds and three steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Plateau Valley's points. Jackson Bevan was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds.
Plateau Valley's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Crested Butte, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-1.
Plateau Valley and De Beque will face off at 7:00 p.m. on December 13th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully De Beque focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Saturday. Crested Butte and Simla will face off at 5:30 p.m. on December 15th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Simla presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Crested Butte in Colorado (Simla is ranked fourth, while Crested Butte is ranked 59th).
