Trivium Prep will look to defend their home turf on Friday against North Pointe Prep at 7:00 PM. After both teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.
Trivium Prep were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Red Rock 56-14. No one had a better game by the numbers than senior Mason Moore, who brought his A game into the match. He passed for 194 yards and 4 touchdowns.
Meanwhile, North Pointe Prep took the game and then some with a 72-22 victory. They was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Their wins bumped North Pointe Prep to 2-0 and Trivium Prep to 3-0. Keep an eye on the score for this one : both teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up.
