Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Elijah Flynn, who scored nine points. Another player making a difference was Addison Stanton, who scored seven points.
Meanwhile, Quincy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They came out on top against Colon by a score of 70-62. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Athens' loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Quincy, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
