Joe Sanchez was huge no matter where he played even without the win. On the mound, he struck out six batters over 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). Sanchez was also big at the plate, going a perfect 1-for-1 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in RBI.
