School of the Woods entered their tilt with Faith Christian on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Faith Christian Saints 72-23. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 21 points or more this season.

School of the Woods' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kieran Knight led the charge by almost dropping a double-double on nine points and ten assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Gwinn, who posted 14 points and five rebounds.

Knight wasn't the only one working in the assists department: School of the Woods was working as a unit and finished the game with 21 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Faith Christian only posted five assists.

Faith Christian's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Christian Bledsoe, who had four points and 11 boards, and Aiden Maldonado, who put up 11 points.

School of the Woods has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season. As for Faith Christian, their record now sits at 2-5.

School of the Woods won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Community Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. School of the Woods is facing Community Christian at the right time seeing as Community Christian is stuck on a six-game losing streak. After both having extra time off, Faith Christian and Family Christian will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
