The Berean Christian Eagles will challenge the Analy Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Berean Christian will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
Berean Christian is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They walked away with a 12-8 victory over Albany.
Audrey Longtin spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and four unearned) runs on eight hits and racked up six Ks.

On the hitting side, Berean Christian got a massive performance out of Leila Rhoads, who went 4-for-5 with one home run, four runs, and four RBI. That's the most RBI Rhoads has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Delaney Smith, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Berean Christian kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their hit total in three consecutive matchups.
Analy came out on top against Del Norte on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run fourth inning. The Tigers took their game against the Warriors 5-1. Five seems to be a good number for the Tigers as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.
Analy gave Carlee Maddocks the start and clearly made the right call: she tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits. Maddocks has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Olivia Padron was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.
Berean Christian's record is now 16-6-1. As for Analy, their record now sits at 11-12.
Analy's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Berean Christian has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.6 hits per game. It's a different story for Analy, though, as they've been averaging 9.3 hits. Given Berean Christian's sizable advantage in that area, the Tigers will need to find a way to close that gap.
