Christina Brisson looked comfortable as she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, she posted two strikeouts, the most she's had over her last two matchups.
On the hitting side, Winter Springs got a massive performance out of Katelyn Wassey, who went 2-for-3 with four stolen bases and two runs. That's the most runs Wassey has posted since back in May of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Abigail Hooper, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Winter Springs kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lyman only managed six.
