This season hasn't been kind to the Bothell/Inglemoor Cougars, who are still winless after their fourth match. They received a tough blow on Wednesday as they fell 73-55 to Jackson. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Ryan Mcferran continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Jackson, dropping a double-double on 27 points and 20 rebounds. That makes it eight consecutive games in which Mcferran has scored at least 25% of Jackson's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Trey Hawkins, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds.
Bothell/Inglemoor's defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-4. That rough patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points per game. As for Jackson, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-2.
Bothell/Inglemoor will be home for the holidays to greet Seattle Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Jackson is on the road again on Thursday and play against Newport - Bellevue at 5:30 p.m. on December 28th. Newport - Bellevue comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
