After flying high against Haas Hall Academy last Thursday, Deer came back down to earth. The Deer Antlers came up short against the Sacred Heart Rebels on Tuesday, falling 73-49.
Despite the loss, Deer still got an impressive performance from Kaden Moore, who earned 19 points. Moore's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Guinnip, who scored six points.
Deer now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Sacred Heart, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Deer will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off.
