New London scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Green Bay West Wildcats by a score of 72-69. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (55), the Bulldogs still had to take the loss.

New London is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points per game. As for Green Bay West, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. New London and Winneconne will meet in a canine-themed contest at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Winneconne knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully New London likes a good challenge. As for Green Bay West, they will be home for the holidays to greet Shawano Community at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th.
