The state rankings had actually given Lee a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
The loss dropped Lee's record to 1-2. The victory bumped Burton's record up to 1-2.
Lee will look to defend their home turf next week against Justice at 7:00 PM. Burton will have some time to rest before their next match, which is against Twin Springs in two weeks at 7:00 PM.
