The third road contest was the charm for Kent County, as they earned their first road win of the season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the St. Michaels Saints 59-5. The Trojans' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Leading Kent County to victory were Jayla Sisco and Love Jackson. Sisco posted 20 points and six rebounds, while Jackson put up 16 points. Another player making a difference was Saniyah Jones, who earned three points.

Kent County smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive boards in five consecutive matchups.

Kent County moved to 1-5 with that victory, which also ended their nine-game losing streak. As for St. Michaels, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Kent County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-45 loss against Snow Hill on the 27th. As for St. Michaels, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Easton on January 7, 2025.
