Gonzaga Prep found a leader in David Sayler as the squad took down Mead on Thursday. Nobody could stop Sayler as he tossed four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances.

Sayler's effort led Gonzaga Prep over Mead and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
