Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Red Boiling Springs). They were the clear victor by a 58-34 margin over the Monterey Wildcats on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Bulldogs have posted since November 16, 2023.

Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jalee Johnson, who posted seven points. Johnson is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games she's played.

Red Boiling Springs picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 4-16. As for Monterey, they are on a 20-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-25.

Red Boiling Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Monterey, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-48 defeat against Scott on the 14th.
