Forsan made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Abernathy, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Forsan Buffaloes blew past the Abernathy Antelopes 12-3 on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Buffaloes, who have now won five games by nine runs or more so far this season.

Forsan's win bumped their record up to 9-2-1. As for Abernathy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.

Forsan has already played their next matchup, a 7-7 tie against Ballinger on the 8th. As for Abernathy, they will face off against Nazareth at 12:00 p.m. on March 15th. Abernathy has given up an average of 15.6 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
