 They weren't the only ones making solid contact as  four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Haleigh Yocom, who  scored two  runs while going 1-for-3.
 East Jordan's loss was  their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Elk Rapids, their victory bumped their record up to 12-1-1.
