Carson is a perfect 10-0 against Reed since September of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Senators will host the Raiders at 6:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Carson not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 25th (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on Douglas with a sharp 3-0 win. The Senators haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Julie Salanoa had a dynamite game, getting eight aces, five digs, and one block. What's more, she racked up 22 assists, the most she's had since back in September.
Meanwhile, Reed hadn't done well against Spanish Springs recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Raiders blew past the Cougars 3-0.
Reed got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 32-30, 25-19.
Reed's win came from a few key players Carson will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Alyssa Leonard, who had nine digs and three aces. Cathleen 'Kat' Molino also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.
Reed was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 16 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 13 consecutive matchups.
Carson's win bumped their record up to 21-6. As for Reed, their victory bumped their record up to 16-11.
Carson came out on top in a nail-biter against Reed in their previous matchup back in August, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Senators repeat their success, or do the Raiders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
