 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Catie Strieff, who  went 1-for-3 with one  triple, two  RBI,  and one  run. Another player making a difference was  Bri Bowers, who  got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  RBI.
The  victory was  the sixth in a row for Argonaut, bringing their record up to 22-5. Those  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Bret Harte, their loss dropped their record down to 9-12.
 Looking ahead, Argonaut will host Colfax  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Mustangs are on  a  seven-game streak of home wins, the Falcons  a  four-game streak of away wins, meaning someone's leaving a streak behind. Bret Harte does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
