Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask College Park). They claimed a resounding 68-19 victory over the Cleveland Indians. With the Cavaliers ahead 35-12 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Brooke Smith had a dynamite game for College Park, going 6 of 15 on her way to 16 points along with six boards and five assists. That's the most points Smith has posted since back in November of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of Kk Forge, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten boards.

Smith wasn't the only one working in the assists department: College Park was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The win (which was College Park's sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-8. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy: their three-point shooting accuracy was 33.7% in those games and 26.3% outside of them. As for Cleveland, they dropped their record down to 0-23 with the loss, which was their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing New Caney the next time they take the court. Cleveland will host New Caney at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while College Park will head out to face them at 12:30 p.m. on January 11th.
