Windsor Charter Academy can attribute much of their success to Morgan Kimmi, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 15 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Kimmi has scored at least 25% of Windsor Charter Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Ella Grasmick, who scored 10 points along with 8 rebounds and 3 steals.
Despite the defeat, Union Colony Prep saw an underclassman step up: Soliana Gebremskel scored 6 points along with 8 rebounds and 6 steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Windsor Charter Academy and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Union Colony Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
