It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Josey Eagles had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Herons 65-35 on the road. Josey has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17  games by 20  points or more this season.
 Josey's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Shaniya Sanders, who  scored 18 points along with seven  rebounds and three  steals. Sanders is on a roll when it comes to  steals, as she's  now  grabbed two or more in the last eight games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Kerri Fluellen, who  scored 11 points along with seven  steals and six  rebounds.
 Josey is  on a roll lately: they've  won 17 of their last 18 matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 26-3 record  this season. As for Brantley County, their loss dropped their record down to 18-10.
 Josey will face off against Banks County at TBD on Tuesday. Banks County will roll in looking for their  18th straight  win, something Josey surely won't give up without a fight. Brantley County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
