Among those leading the charge was Jaesang An, who scored 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jalen Yim, who scored 11 points along with 5 steals.
Irvine's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Brea Olinda, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.
Irvine will head out on the road to face off against San Clemente at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. San Clemente presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Irvine in California (San Clemente is ranked 80th, while Irvine is ranked 377th). As for Brea Olinda, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Valencia at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
